Lincolnshire Triple Coastal Challenge: 15 Miles, One Incredible Team

What a day.
Our 15-mile Lincolnshire Triple Coastal Challenge truly lived up to its name—pushing us physically, rewarding us with incredible scenery, and reminding us just how powerful teamwork really is.
From the first steps at Sandilands to the final stretch at Gibraltar Point, the entire journey was defined by determination, camaraderie, and a shared sense of purpose. And honestly, it’s safe to say—we couldn’t have done it without each other.
A Route to Remember
The route itself was something special, linking three key landmarks along the Lincolnshire coast:
- Huttoft Boat Café – our first big milestone and a welcome early morale boost
- North Sea Observatory – a standout point, with views that made every step worth it
- Gibraltar Point Visitor Centre – the finish line, and what a feeling it was to reach it
Ticking off each location gave us momentum, a real sense of progress, and something to celebrate along the way.
8 Hours of Determination
Eight hours on foot is no small feat—but the team made it feel achievable.
There were moments of tired legs and long stretches ahead, but every step was backed by encouragement, conversation, and the kind of support you only get from a group that’s truly working together. Whether it was setting the pace, keeping spirits high, or just checking in on one another, everyone played their part.
That’s what made the difference.
Beating the Storm
As if the challenge itself wasn’t enough, we had one eye on the sky all day. A dark, looming thunderstorm threatened to cut things short—but somehow, we stayed just ahead of it.
There’s something pretty special about that feeling—walking with purpose, racing the weather, and making it to the finish just in time. It added a whole new layer to the experience—and made crossing that final stretch even sweeter.
More Than Just Miles
Yes, it was 15 miles.
Yes, it took 8 hours.
Yes, it was tough.
But more importantly—it was amazing.
It was the conversations along the way, the shared laughs, the quiet determination, and the moments where the whole team pulled together that really defined the day. These are the memories that will stick long after the miles fade.
A True Team Effort
This challenge was never about individual achievement—it was about what we could accomplish together.
Every single person contributed. Every step mattered. And every bit of encouragement helped push us forward.
We set out as a team and finished as one—stronger, closer, and with something to be genuinely proud of.
A special thanks to our wonderful chauffeur team at the start and finish line! And not forgetting the master chef bbq king to celebrate the win at the end too!
A Strong Start to Moving Through May 🚶♀️🚴♂️

What a fantastic first week it’s been for the Moving Through May challenge! As a team, we’ve come out of the gate with real momentum, collectively covering an impressive 930 km in just seven days.
From early morning walks to post-work workouts and weekend activities, it’s been great to see everyone getting involved and supporting one another. Every kilometre has contributed to pushing us forward — and it’s paying off. We’re currently sitting 6th on the leaderboard, a brilliant position at this early stage of the challenge.
This first week has shown what we can achieve when we keep moving together. Let’s carry this energy into the coming weeks, keep building on our progress, and see how far we can climb up the leaderboard.
Well done, team — keep those steps, cycles, and kilometres coming! 💪👏
Moving Through May: Weekend & Bank Holiday Progress Update

What a fantastic way to make the most of the bank holiday weekend! Over the weekend and bank holiday, the team collectively clocked up an impressive 240km, pushing our Moving Through May challenge forward in a big way.
From long walks and steady runs to cycle rides and casual exploring, it was great to see everyone getting active while discovering new places, routes, and landscapes along the way. Whether it was coastal paths, countryside trails, or unfamiliar local loops, the focus wasn’t just on the distance covered—but on enjoying movement, wellbeing, and time outdoors.
Alongside this, we’ve made a strong start on our virtual Race Across the Nations challenge. Setting off from our start line in Lincoln, the team has already travelled the distance to London, marking an exciting early milestone and showing just how quickly the kilometres add up when everyone gets involved.
A huge well done to everyone who took part and helped keep the momentum going. Every kilometre counts, and this weekend has set us up brilliantly for the weeks ahead. Let’s keep moving, keep exploring, and keep racing our way across the map throughout May! 👏🚶♀️🏃♂️🚴♀️
