So I’ve had a bit of a slow start to this years ‘Moving through May’ event… Last year there was an ‘incident’ on my bike resulting in my elbow requiring pins and cable to hold it in place; fast forward 11 months and all of the metal work has now been removed and the arm is healing brilliantly, so out at my local whilst the sun was in the sky this weekend.
