Friday 16th May I understand estimated my steps at start of month (silly me worked it out in miles not kilometers) so for the rest of month I'm aiming for around 16thousand steps a day to meet my target Share

Friday 4th Apr This is going to be a challenge for me I'm aiming for a minimum of 10,000 steps a day I normally average between 5,000 and 8,000 a day so really got to make sure I push myself when working from home.
