I am taking part in Moving through May, a distance challenge to raise money for the Kier Foundation, to support the Kier Group charity partner, Action for Children, and a variety of charities chosen by the Kier regions. By making a donation in these constant changing and challenging times you are helping to support the awesome work that charities do, when their services are needed more than ever.

My Updates
Snowden
Sunday 31st MayClimbed Snowdon today with stunning scenery all the way up, which was helpful because my legs were on the verge of filing a formal complaint. Fortunately, the views distracted me long enough to make it back down.

Scarfell Pike
Sunday 31st MayClimbed Scafell Pike today and spent the descent discovering just how many forms of rain the Lake District can produce. By the time I got back to the car, I was less of a hiker and more of a mobile puddle.

Ben Nevis
Sunday 31st MayClimbed Ben Nevis today and can confirm it is, in fact, mostly uphill. The views at the top were spectacular, which was fortunate because my legs had stopped being useful by then.

Friday 29th MayHeading to the hostel before the Three Peaks tomorrow morning. Everyone’s pretending this sounded like a good idea when we booked it.
Alarm set for stupid o’clock. Knees already drafting their complaint. ⛰️

Moving Through May Day 20
Wednesday 20th May
We’ve hit Day 20 of my Moving Through May challenge, so I’ll be sharing a few updates on what I’ve been up to 👀
First up: Edale Skyline ✅
A casual 41km in 9 hours 45 minutes.
Safe to say… my feet hurt, and I’ve discovered my knees were absolutely not as ready for this as I was.
Great views, great achievement… questionable life choices. More updates coming soon!
Great to be back!
Tuesday 5th May
Hi All,
I am back again for another year and this time is guaranteed to be better than ever. I am pushing myself by having signed up to not only compete in the Wanlip Bell Boat Racing, but also I have signed up to complete the National 3 Peaks.
I have started off steady so far by going on a 12km walk and went for a 10k cycle. I will keep you all updated as I train but for the events, stay tuned!!
