Day 12 - 14.05.26

Friday 15th May
Pushing on to see how far i can get.  everything still aches but not as much as normal.

Day 11 - 13.05.26

Friday 15th May
Hit my target goal! knees hurt, chest hurts but I've been consistent and stuck to a plan which has worked.  Now to push on and see how far i can get.

Day 10 - 12/05/26

Wednesday 13th May
Busy day at work so only did 20km tonight.  Legs feeling like lead for the whole ride, still only 20km to go then i've reached my target.  Will keep going beyond that just to see how far i can get and give myself an idea for next years target.

Day 9 - 11.05.26

Tuesday 12th May
Another rest on Sunday 10th, just because i was knackered so did 25km after work, took longer than normal, 65 mins to do 25km. up to 210km now.

Day 8 - 09.05.26

Tuesday 12th May
Had a rest on Friday 8th, not through choice just ate something that really disagreed with me so waited till Saturday to add some more to the total. 61 mins to do 25km

Day 6 - 07.05.26

Thursday 7th May
another 20km completed in 49 minutes, not too bad.  now at a total of 140km so far.

Just 20km completed today, slightly reduced output because work is tiring!

Busy day at work so only 20km completed tonight. 

Day 4

Tuesday 5th May
100km in total completed.  Still at 61 minutes per 25km.  Everything hurts, including sitting down.  Wasn't this supposed to be fun?

Day 3

Tuesday 5th May
another 25km completed - 75km done in total.  managed to shave 5 mins off my best time, now at 61 minutes for 25km.
