I’ve decided to challenge myself this month by signing up for Moving Through May.
It’s not about being the best it’s about pushing myself toward a goal that some people might not think is possible for me. More than anything it’s about proving to myself that I can do it.
I know it won’t always be easy, but this is about showing up, staying consistent, and building a stronger mindset along the way.
