Move through May
Friday 1st MayMay is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I’m taking part in Move Through May with the Kier Foundation to raise money for Action for Children. 💙
This month, I’ll be setting myself a target of 100km to help support an amazing charity while also focusing on the benefits of movement for both body and mind.
Moving more can have a huge positive impact on mental health — helping to reduce stress, boost mood, improve sleep, and increase energy levels. Whether it’s walking, running, cycling or simply getting outside, every step can make a difference.
I’m looking forward to the challenge and supporting a great cause along the way. If you’d like to cheer me on or support the fundraiser, it would mean a lot!
