Thanks for visiting my page.
I am taking part in Moving through May, a distance challenge to raise money for the Kier Foundation, to support the Kier Group charity partner, Action for Children, and a variety of charities chosen by the Kier regions. By making a donation in these constant changing and challenging times you are helping to support the awesome work that charities do, when their services are needed more than ever.

My Updates
The End
Monday 1st Jun Well MAY is over and i can finally take it easy, very happy to over achieve the target i set.Not so good
Wednesday 6th May after the first 20k on my bike i have learned a valuable lesson, padding ,padding and more padding, after struggling to sit for a few days i now have a gel seat, a gel cover for my seat and padded lycra shorts, so last nights 20k on my bike although slower as the missus tagged along and insisted we stop for a pint the mileage counted and i can actually sit down with no pain, i will keep up with targeting 10k a day walking and just jump on the bike as needed, every day is a learning day ;-) ShareSo far so good
Saturday 2nd May Day 2 And i decided to dust of the push bike and see how far i dare go !! I have not used it for 3 years so wasnt too optimistic but managed to do 20k in just over an hour, Just need to sort the padded seat out and hopefully be able to walk tommorow ;-) ShareThank you to my Sponsors
