Fuelling My Fitness Journey — For Me and the Team

Tuesday 13th May

There’s something powerful about setting a goal. Whether it’s personal or part of a larger team effort, goals give us direction, focus, and a reason to push a little harder every day.

Right now, I’m stepping into a new chapter—committed to getting fitter, stronger, and healthier. This journey isn’t just about me, though. It’s about being part of something bigger: supporting our team and helping all of us reach the finish line together.

Why I’m Doing This

For too long, I’ve let excuses win. Busy schedules, low energy, distractions—they all stood in the way. But not anymore. I’m tired of feeling “stuck.” I want to feel proud of what I’ve accomplished, inside and out. I want more energy, better sleep, sharper focus, and that deep confidence that comes from doing hard things.

And now, with our team goal in place, I have the perfect motivation.

Strength in Numbers

There’s something incredible about working toward a shared goal. Our team is committed, motivated, and already inspiring me. Whether we’re tracking steps, logging workouts, or cheering each other on—we’re doing this together. That accountability makes all the difference.

When I feel like skipping a session, I remember that I’m not just showing up for me—I’m showing up for the team. And that makes me stronger.
