Were back and bigger than ever! That's not a good thing
Yeh i'm taking part in moving through May. My knees are a little more creaky, my back hurts more often than not and my most severe injuries stem from "sleeping funny". But I want to use moving through May to instil some positive habits, get these hips swaying and beat last years effort. I may lose interest a couple weeks in, but the intention is there.
