We're back!
Welcome to Season 4 of Race the Trace. Once again we're asking our delivery and route wide teams to go head to head to race the length of the trace to raise money for charity.

How does it work?
You earn points by exercising, and different types of exercise will earn you different amounts of points. All you need to do is enter how many minutes and which activity you did, and our new platform will work out your points and add them to your team's total for you. Magic!
In order for your team to progress, you must earn points to pass over the main structures along the trace. Different types of structures require different amounts of points to cross them. Added together, all of the structures equal 3 million points. For every 100,000 points earned by each delivery project, EKFB will donate £100 to charity. This means that overall, if every team reaches the goal, EKFB will donate a total of £15,000 to local charities along the trace.

All sorts! The table below shows the types of exercise that count, and the amount of points you can accumulate per minute.
Any team sports will receive an extra 20,000 points per team on top of the points earned per individual in that team.
