How does it work?

You earn points by exercising, and different types of exercise will earn you different amounts of points. All you need to do is enter how many minutes and which activity you did, and our new platform will work out your points and add them to your team's total for you. Magic!

This year we'll be calculating our winning team differently: the total number of team points will be divided by the number of registered team members to get the average, the team with the highest average will be our season 5 winners!

That means that if Team X has 40 registered members, and earns 2.7 million points, their team score will be 67,500. This means teams with a smaller number of registered members can compete with larger teams.

Earn money for charity

If every teams gets moving and earns points, EKFB will donate a total of £15,000 to local charities along the trace. You or your friends or families can also donate to the charities via your profile page once you’ve registered.

What does my donation mean for the charities?

Woodford Halse Community Larder
We are able to provide families with up to 10 items of food for £5 or upto 22 items of food for £10, they can then choose any of our fruit, vegetables, bread of donated produce for free. A £5 shop gets the member an average shop worth over £20.

Tiggywinkles
All charitable donations help the day to day running of the centre. Most proceeds go towards medication for the animals and healthy nutrious food which can be costly to purchase.
The charity have created a wishlist on amazon where people can purchase beneficial items for the centre which they desperately need to keep up with their day to day demands.
  • £6 a month could help our frontline Animal Rescue Teams respond to more cases and continue to rescue and rehabilitate all species of British wildlife.
  • £10 a month could help provide life-saving food, medicines and care for suffering animals.
  • £12 a month could help pay for intensive care to help animals recover from any injuries.

The Pace Centre
Your donations help babies, children and young people with a neurodisability like cerebral palsy to access Pace therapies or come to Pace school.

  • £15 - Would pay for a child with cerebral palsy to access music therapy sessions to help improve their mental health.
  • £30 - Would help a child improve movement, strength and confidence through our specialist swimming lessons.
  • £60 - Could give a child access to technology that will empower and enable them to learn independently.

Little Miracles
Your £10 donation to Little Miracles can make a significant impact in several ways:

  • £10 Donation: Will pay for ingredients in a cooking session for children excluded from education.
  • £15 Donation: This can help fund sensory play sessions, which are crucial for children with sensory processing issues. It can also contribute to the cost of materials for arts and crafts activities, providing a creative outlet for the children.
  • £20 Donation: This amount can help cover the cost of a group therapy session for parents, offering them much-needed support and guidance.
