Moving Through May is all about keeping ourselves moving — and as the E&M Digital team, we thought we’d take that quite literally. While we spend our days moving information, models and data, this is a chance to step away from the screen (even briefly) and move ourselves too. This group is open to anyone in Digital Construction who wants to get involved, support each other, and enjoy a bit of light‑hearted motivation along the way. No targets, no pressure — just movement, connection, and a reminder that wellbeing and digital delivery go hand in hand.
