We are hosting our charity golf day at the fabulous Gleneagles Golf Course on Friday 3 October, in support of Action for Children and St Roch's FC Charitable Trust.
Action for Children is a charity driven by love – taking action so children don’t miss out on a safe and happy childhood. With over 300 services in communities across the UK, in schools and online, they work on the ground giving children and young people the protection and practical help they urgently need. And they campaign tirelessly for lasting change. Together, we’re creating safe, happy childhoods and stronger communities.
St Roch’s football club has a long and proud tradition on and off the field. Since its foundation in 1920, the club has consistently engaged in charitable and good works, supporting local communities, groups and individuals.
The St Roch’s FC Charitable Trust aims to help prevent or relive the impact of poverty, improve both physical and mental health, help develop the local community and bring a sense of belonging, increase participation in sport and provide recreational facilities and organise recreational activities for all members of the community.
Aiming to raise £30,000 this charity golf day will test our golfers on one of the most iconic golf courses, closing the day with fabulous prizes and auction items to be won.
Donating through The Kier Foundation is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe, and your donations will be sent directly to the charity I am supporting on my fundraising page. Gift Aid will be claimed on every eligible donation made by a UK taxpayer, raising more for the charity at no extra cost to you.
