5k Your Way Running Challenge
We invite you to set a personal 5k running challenge to raise money for the Kier Foundation. To make this accessible to all, you will push yourself to take on a 5k challenge your way:
- Just started running? Aim to run your first 5k this month.
- Regular runner? Challenge yourself to run 5k every week – or even every day in May.
Any approach counts, as long as it stretches you personally.
Parkrun meet‑ups (optional)
To bring people together, we’ll be hosting weekly Kier parkrun gatherings every
Saturday at 9.30am in May. You don’t have to take part,
but they’re a great way to connect, support each other and celebrate progress.
Planned Parkruns will take place on the dates and locations below.
- Saturday 2 May – Callendar Park, Falkirk
- Saturday 9 May – University of Stirling
- Saturday 16 May – Drumpellier Country Park, Coatbridge
- Saturday 23 May – Pollok Country Park, Glasgow
- Saturday 30 May – Victoria Park, Glasgow
