The Kier Foundation Winners' Club is an employee-only lottery that gives you the chance to win a tax-free cash prize each month.
When you join the Winners' Club, you'll be entered into a monthly draw where you could win one of two tax-free cash prizes. It costs just £1 a week to participate, and this is deducted directly from your wages via payroll.

All proceeds from the Winners' Club are split 50/50 between the prize money and the Kier Foundation. It's vital to replenishing the Kier Foundation funds, so we can continue to have a positive impact on society, supporting the causes Kier employees hold dear and shape the communities in which we work.
Each draw is made monthly by a member of The Kier Foundation team, using a random number generator, and in the presence of a Kier Foundation trustee, and an additional witness.

Please note: only permanent Kier employees are eligible to join the Winners' Club - this means that contract and seasonal workers are not able to apply for membership. HMRC rules mean that deductions cannot take you below the National Minimum wage.
